Welcome to Enflet, a service of R&S Logan Enterprises Inc., DBA R&S Enflet. By accessing or using our website and services, you agree to the following Terms of Service. Please read them carefully.

1. Services Provided
Enflet provides consulting and management services for Amazon, Walmart, and eCommerce sellers. We partner with clients to achieve their marketplace growth goals, offering support in areas such as account management, catalog optimization, advertising strategy, and operations.
Project deliverables, timelines, and scope are agreed upon in advance through individual contracts or proposals.

2. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old and capable of entering into a legally binding agreement to use our services.

3. Payments
Clients agree to pay all fees associated with services according to the terms defined in their contract or statement of work. Payments may be made securely through Stripe or another approved processor.

Failure to make payments on time may result in delayed work or service interruption.

4. Cancellations and Refunds
Cancellations must be requested in writing via email to ryan@enflet.io. Refunds, if applicable, will be handled based on the stage of project completion, as outlined in our Fulfillment & Cancellation Policy.

Partial refunds may be considered on a case-by-case basis.

5. Intellectual Property
All content on this website—including text, graphics, logos, designs, and other materials—is the intellectual property of R&S Logan Enterprises Inc. and may not be copied, republished, or redistributed without prior written consent.

6. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, R&S Logan Enterprises Inc. / R&S Enflet shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages resulting from your use of our services, including loss of revenue or data.

7. Modifications to Terms
We reserve the right to update these Terms of Service at any time. When changes are made, the new version will be posted on this page. Continued use of our services after such changes constitutes your acceptance of the updated terms.

8. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by the laws of the State of Utah, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
